This can include support with run-of-show, scripts, and on-stage moments, and, when it fits, stepping in as an auctioneer or event support. The goal is for the experience in the room to feel warm, grounded, and aligned with the story people see online.

Work Flow

1. Inquiry

You reach out through a short form or email with a few details about your organization, what you’re hoping to work on, and your timing. I review your information and respond with either a few clarifying questions or a link to schedule a call.

2. Discovery call

We meet for a 30–45 minute conversation to talk through your goals, what’s working, and where you feel stuck.

By the end of the call, we’ll know whether it makes sense to move forward and what type of support fits best.

3. Proposal & Contracts

After the call, I send a concise proposal outlining the scope, timeline, and pricing. Once you approve it, sign the agreement, and pay the deposit, your project is officially booked and your start date is reserved.

4. Story Foundations

We begin with a focused session to clarify your core story: who you serve, what changes for them, and why your work matters. This becomes the foundation for everything that follows, whether we are working on messaging, content, or an event.

6. Review & Analyze

You receive final materials in an organized format, along with guidance on how to sustainably use them moving forward and what benchmarks in which to evaluate their effectiveness.

When its right, we may also discuss ongoing or future project-by-project support.
