Born and raised in the Capital Region, I also attended Siena College for my higher education , and during that time I spent a lot of hours at their Franciscan Center for Service and Advocacy — mentoring, going on immersion trips, and learning what it actually looks like to stand in solidarity wih and for the people around you.

That experience shaped how I think about community and what it means to be part of one. It is not just about doing good work for clients. It is about being present, giving back, and treating the place you call home like it matters; becuase it does!

Travel, Always

As of 2026, I have been to over 28 countries and 20 states. Traveling has shaped the way I see everything.

It teaches perspective, tolerance, and the importance of history. It has shown me how powerful a story can be, and how the right story told at the right moment can ripple across generations. That is the lens I bring to every piece of work I do.

Bio

Hi, I’m Jordan!

I help mission-driven organizations and small businesses turn complex work into clear, human stories, and then build campaigns around those stories so that they resenate with the right.

Most of my work lives in the world of digital marketing and communications; helping clients to: clarify what they want to say, shape that into messaging that feels true to them, and then translate it into websites, content, and campaigns that make sense for their capacity.

Alongside that, I also support live events like galas and auctions, making sure what happens in the room matches what people have seen and felt online.

Over time, I’ve seen the same thing again and again: marketing feels easier and more effective when the story is clear.

When you know who you are talking to, what you want them to understand, and what you are inviting them into, decisions start to feel simpler. Your website has a clear job. Your emails and social posts stop feeling like random one-offs. Your events become another way to deepen the relationship rather than a separate, stressful universe.

That is the kind of marketing I care about.

Ideology

I see marketing as a way of staying in transparent, ongoing conversation with the people you serve. An on going storyline that highlights what you do in clear language, shows real impact, and gives people simple, concrete ways to engage.

It also respects your team’s time and energy. A strategy that looks impressive on paper but no one can maintain is not a win.

My role is to help you articulate the story at the center of your work, and then design marketing around it that you can actually use: a website that sounds like you, content that feels manageable, and campaigns that stay anchored in your mission. Events fit into that picture as one channel among many, not the only moment people hear from you.

My Roots

Before starting this practice, I worked inside nonprofits and alongside small businesses in roles that blended communications, development, and events. I’ve written copy, managed social media, updated websites, coordinated campaigns, and led marketing and special events from the inside.

I’ve also been part of planning and running fundraising events, from galas and walks to golf tournaments and auctions. That experience means I see how online and in-person touchpoints work together: the emails and posts before an event, the story guests hear in the room, and the follow-up afterward.

Because I’ve lived in those day-to-day realities, I care a lot about creating marketing and storytelling that fits your actual capacity, not an imaginary version of your team.

Working Together

My approach is steady, collaborative, and low-pressure. At the beginning, I ask a lot of questions so I can understand your work, your audiences, and what you’ve already tried. From there, I do the work of sorting and shaping: turning loose ideas, scattered content, and half-finished drafts into something coherent.

You do not need to arrive with a perfect strategy. It is completely fine to come in with a website you have outgrown, inconsistent messaging, or a sense that “our marketing doesn’t sound like us.” That is exactly what we work on together.

Throughout the process, I keep you oriented with clear steps, timelines, and check-ins, so you always know what’s happening and what’s coming next.

Ideal Collaborations

I work with nonprofits, foundations, and small businesses that care about the impact they have on people and communities. Some come to me primarily for marketing and messaging support. Others are ready to reset their website and content. Some are planning a gala or auction and want the event to feel like a natural extension of the story they’ve been telling all along.

Wherever you start, the goal is the same: to build marketing that feels grounded, humane, and sustainable, rooted in a story you are proud to share.
